Softphone gives individuals and small teams a powerful browser-based telephony suite (virtual numbers, PSTN calling, messaging, voicemail). TFN (Toll-Free Numbers) is a separate platform built for offshore and international contact centers who need global toll-free coverage, extensions, and enterprise routing.

About Call Bridge
Call Bridge is a web-first telephony product built to make calling, messaging and voicemail simple for individuals and small businesses. Our softphone offers fast onboarding, a modern in-browser calling experience, and threaded messaging with attachments.
TFN is a separate, enterprise-focused offering under the Call Bridge family that provides global toll-free number provisioning, extensions, and high-volume inbound routing for offshore and international contact centers.
Both products are developed and maintained by Tech Talk Titans, our parent company. Tech Talk Titans is responsible for platform operations, compliance, and customer support.
Terms & Conditions
Effective:
1. Scope. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Call Bridge products and related services provided by Tech Talk Titans. By using our services (including the Softphone or TFN console), you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use. You will not use our services to transmit illegal or harmful content or to engage in abusive calling/SMS patterns. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate laws or these Terms.
4. Billing & plans. Softphone and TFN features may be subject to paid plans. Usage-based charges (e.g., PSTN termination, TFN provisioning, carrier fees) are billed according to the plan you select. Refer to your plan details for pricing and limits.
5. Recording & privacy. Calls and messages may be logged or recorded for quality, troubleshooting, or compliance. Users must comply with applicable consent laws when recording calls.
6. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, Tech Talk Titans' liability is limited. We provide the services "as-is" and cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. For enterprise TFN customers, SLA options are available under separate agreements.
7. Termination. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. On termination, any unpaid fees remain payable.
8. Changes. We may change these Terms; material changes will be posted and, where required, communicated to account administrators.
Privacy Policy

Overview. Tech Talk Titans (operator of Call Bridge) collects and processes information necessary to provide telephony services (account information, call logs, message content, recordings, billing data). We are committed to handling customer data responsibly.
Data Collected. We may collect:
- Account details (name, email, company)
- Call and message metadata (timestamps, numbers, durations)
- Call recordings and message bodies (when consented or part of service)
- Usage logs and diagnostic data
Purpose. Data is used to operate the service, support customers, fulfill legal obligations, and improve the product (analytics, troubleshooting).
Sharing & processors. We use trusted service providers (e.g., Twilio for voice and messaging; hosting providers) who may process data on our behalf. We do not sell personal data.
Security. We use industry standard measures (TLS, access controls) to protect data. No system is perfectly secure — if a breach occurs we will follow applicable notification rules.
Retention. CallBridge retains logs, message histories and recordings according to account settings and legal requirements. Contact support to request exports or deletions subject to account and legal constraints.
Contact & data requests. For privacy requests (access, correction, deletion), contact callbridge.2025@gmail.com. Enterprise customers can arrange custom retention and export arrangements under separate agreements.
Children. Our services are not directed to children under 16. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data about a child, contact us to remove it.
